The Opportunity:


The Distribution Clerk is a key role responsible for multiple aspects of the supply and distribution department and is the main point of contact for the department for pick-ups and stat orders.

The clerk is responsible for processing orders and returns for the distribution team as well as completing numerous SAP processes.

The distribution clerk is vital to the efficient operation and work of the team and must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

The distribution clerk must be able to function independently, prioritizing and dealing with time constraints and multi-tasks, without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail.


Hours of Work:

To be determined. The position will provide coverage and this department operates Monday-Sunday. Shifts may include, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Your Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Graduate from a recognized Office Administration or Business Program required
  • A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered
  • Minimum of one year related experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including: Outlook, Word, and Excel and other computer programs/technology
  • Proficient in the use of Information Systems for data and statistical analysis, advanced Excel spreadsheets, creating pivot tables, and word processing
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset
  • Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to respectfully work with a variety of interprofessional team members required
  • High degree of initiative, diligence, attention to detail, and selfdiscipline/focus
  • Commitment to continual learning and willing to share knowledge and support the development of coworkers
  • Demonstrated commitment to Family Centred Care required
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills required
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and change in priorities
  • Must be able to work independently when working in a team environment
  • Competency in other languages considered an asset
