About the Opportunity

As a Stores/Customer Service Clerk, you'll handle various responsibilities such as being the primary point of contact between end users, procurement & supply chain teams, as well as performing clerical duties to support supply ordering and inventory control. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, addressing urgent requests, and identifying areas for supply chain enhancement.

Additional tasks may include order picking, packing, labeling, and staging, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness, loading/unloading delivery vehicles, conducting cycle counts, and working on special projects. You'll also be responsible for operating and maintaining warehouse equipment.

About You

If you possess the following, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Willingness to engage in continuous education programs
  • Proficiency in various computer software and programs
  • Strong planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with SAP computer system (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a central stores/purchasing role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of inventory control (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of the role of Materials Management Service in patient care
  • Physical requirements such as standing, moving, bending, lifting heavy objects
  • Competency in other languages, specifically French (an asset)

• Permanent Full-time (100% FTE), 70 Hours Bi-Weekly

Compensation and Incentives

$23.17 Hourly

Successful candidates may qualify for our benefits package, encompassing health, dental, travel, long-term disability, life insurance, and a defined benefit pension plan.
