The Fulfillment Specialist will be part of a dynamic team that meets their goals and objectives together. **What your day will look like**:

- Overseeing the process of fulfilling customer orders, from receiving orders to ensuring they are packaged and shipped correctly
- Monitoring inventory levels, processing and shipping orders, tracking shipments, and communicating with customers regarding order status and delivery information
- Managing returns, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and working with other departments such as customer service and logistics to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of French is an asset
