As a Team Lead product owner, you will coordinate and monitor initiatives impacting the efficiency and compliance of Business Financing products.

With your team and in collaboration with stakeholders, you will conduct various impact analyses and contribute as an expert in various continuous improvement workshops.


Your job:

  • Define the strategic orientations in terms of management and product development having an impact on the efficiency and compliance of our business financing processes.
  • Coordinate with your partners (Operations, Credit Risk, Legal, MCE and the Sales Force) to detect problems related to financing products, suggest changes to be made, obtain the approval of the various stakeholders concerned, and implement the changes.
  • Ensure a mobilizing climate in the management of a team of Product Officers.
  • Prioritize your team's business initiatives and deployment schedule.
  • Coordinate the updating of documentation, (e.g., Letter of offer, securities, forms, manuals, PI, Sharepoint pages, etc.).
  • Ensure followups and support for the Business Financing mailbox.
  • Communicate changes related to financing products, (e.g., Operational News, Yammer, SharePoint, etc.)

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 7 years of relevant experience or master's degree related to the sector of activity and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Experience in personnel management, preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial financing products, the letter of offer and securities
  • Good knowledge of our product life cycle
  • Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English because you will have to write and revise documents in both languages regularly
