Global Finance Shared Services Team processes payments for lululemon and supports the business with invoice related inquiries.

The objectives of the Global Shared services here would be to provide seamless customer service for all Coupa Related Expenses/ Invoices for North America and I -Expense for regional employees/vendors, ensure all corporate card are properly tracked and paid and proper processes are followed and controls laid.

what you'll do

  • Maintain current the list of corporate card holders
  • Open ongoing communication with the bank
  • Align processes with international teams
  • Improve & streamline processes
  • Review and improve Shared Services controls
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Administration of the Corporate Credit Card program for Canada and the USA
  • Support administration of all regions Corporate Credit Card program
qualifications

  • Oracle and/or Coupa experience is an asset
  • Knowledge on Power BI an added advantage
  • 23 years' experience in Shared Services/expenses
  • Knowledge on Group roll out of Coupa expenses is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Superb time management skills and detail orientation
