Job Overview:


As the General Manager, you will be the face of Rusty's Pub, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pub's operations.

You will ensure that our core values are upheld in every facet of the business, from staff management to customer service.

Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the high standards that our patrons have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage daytoday operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
  • Engage with the community through events and local partnerships.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire a team.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
