As a Senior Analyst in Marketing Science, your mission is to dive headfirst into data to unveil insights that shape our strategies and elevate our digital customer experiences to success. You'll be a metrics guru, transforming numbers into stories that steer our clients and customers on their digital journeys. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and enhancement of measurement strategies and frameworks to monitor website and app performance
  • Delve into digital data seas, analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance like a seasoned detective.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to craft engaging dashboards and reports that offer clients actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of data into campaigns and strategies.
  • Conduct experiments like A/B tests to pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Partner with creative and strategy teams to uncover valuable insights in data, translating findings into actionable recommendations that drive our clients' achievements.
  • Showcase your discoveries with style, translating intricate data sets into captivating stories that captivate clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and apply advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges and streamline processes.
  • Specialize in app measurement and strategy, engaging in app data analysis to reveal insights, enhance performance, and steer strategic decisions.
  • Lead efforts to boost user experience, refine app functionality, and analyze in-app survey results using NLP (natural language processing) and AI tools.
  • Establish and maintain data pipelines and visualizations with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Challenge the norm, seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Guide and assist junior team members, including Analysts and Associate Analysts.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business).
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, showcasing a track record of unraveling data mysteries and driving actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. *Tableau experience preferred.*
  • Expertise in web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. *Adobe Analytics experience preferred.*
  • Experience with tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.) and testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following: data architecture (ETL/data integration), automated data ingestion + reporting, data science and statistical programming, testing and personalization, data visualization, analytics tool implementation.
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar statistical programming languages.
  • Experience working within AWS infrastructure (Redshift, S3) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • High problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with media landscape and channel selection based on business objectives.
