What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a global TA strategy
  • Lead, develop, and grow Canalyst's TA team and function
  • Working with our People & Culture team, develop a strategic plan to attract a diverse workforce
  • Act as the strategic Talent Acquisition Partner and manage the endtoend recruitment process for select client groups and/or for key hires

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated success hiring in fintech an asset
  • 3+ years people leadership experience
  • Experience in building a TA function, including people, process and technology
  • Experience with global hiring an asset
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and teamoriented work ethic
  • Entrepreneurial and results driven, have no problem rolling up your search sleeves when it's time to build your pipeline
  • Experience working with high integrity, both individually and as a team, easily adapting in a fast paced, peopleoriented environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail: we put a premium on accuracy
  • A university or college degree or diploma in HR, recruitment, or relevant/equivalent work experience
