Job Overview:

Join our team as a full-time, on-site Water and Sewer Foreman and take your career to the next level. We're offering a dynamic role where you can lead impactful projects while enjoying attractive incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead onsite teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with the Site Services Superintendent to plan and organize work schedules, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets industry standards and project specifications.
  • Provide handson expertise in water and sewer construction, troubleshooting, and problemsolving.
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication.
  • Build and foster a positive work environment for the water and sewer team.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling and planning (2 week "look ahead") plan for manpower, material, and equipment.
  • Completion of daily reports outlining, manpower, equipment, job tasks, and productivity.
  • Complete administrative duties onsite including timesheets, deliveries, daily log, and any other documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Water and Sewer Foreman or similar role with 3+ years experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of water and sewer construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Proficient in managing resources efficiently to meet project goals.

$38.00-$45.00 per hour
