This role is for
EllisDon Industrial (EllisDon Companies) and will be
based in Thunder Bay.

You as a Project Administrator for EllisDon Industrial will be:

  • Timekeeping
  • Inputting information and accurately entering data using Excel and EllisDon Industrial's Accounting Software Program
  • Tracking duties for; procurement, material, fuel logs, and various project costs
  • Processing LEM's
  • Work proactively with your team to resolve issues with vendors and invoices and accurately process approved invoices for payment
  • Performing various other administrative duties, such as, filing, and correspondence preparation

Is this the right role for you?

  • A diploma or post secondary in Administration or Accounting would be considered an asset
  • 13 years of Project Administration / Accounts Payable experience is considered an asset
