This is a newly created, high-impact role on our nimble and mighty People and Culture team reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Critical to success will be your passion, leadership, and experience in building frameworks and environments that enable teams to thrive and succeed.

You possess a positive attitude and learning mindset, coupled with a thirst for growth and continuous improvement, as you take on accountability for the success, performance, and growth of the Maple team.

You enjoy balancing the delivery of short-term and long-term impact, and you're able to succeed in a smaller and highly hands-on team.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields, with at least six years in a people leadership role, demonstrating a track record of effectively leading and developing teams.

Using exceptional communication, impact and influence, and interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate is able to articulate and champion our values and culture across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and employee engagement, with a proven track record of attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

The ideal candidate possesses expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives.
