We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Structural Welders to join our dynamic teams in Nisku and Sherwood Park. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with a specific emphasis on structural components.

This role requires proficiency in FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and certification from the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) for all positions or flat welding.

Location:
Nisku, Sherwood Park
Not Transit Accessible must drive*Shift:Monday-Thursday 6:00-4:30 with OT Friday & Saturday

OR
Monday - Friday 7-3:30

$38/hour for journeyman Nisku
$36/hour for journeyman Sherwood Park

Contract = 3 months minimum with potential of permanent employment

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural welding
  • Welding procedures FCAW/MCAW
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Assist in moving material and parts involving heavy lifting
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Qualifications

  • 3rd year welding apprenceship or journeyman** Previous structural steel welding work experience
  • Valid FCAW CWB qualification
  • Physically fit
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Please note this work location is not transit accessible and your own transportation is a must
