Commercial Tire Technician, Dawson Creek, BC

What's the role?


Reporting to the Store Manager, the
_Commercial Tire Technician _is responsible for performing front shop service, off-site fleet service and roadside assistance while providing exceptional customer service.

What kind of person are we looking for?

  • You're interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high energy, fast paced team environment.
  • You have a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve on the spot.
  • Delivering a great customer experience is important to you
  • You have at least 1 year of roadside service/ tire technician experience (preferred)
  • You're comfortable driving and working at night as needed
  • You've got a valid Class 5 drivers license and a clean drivers abstract
  • You've been through automotive preemployment program or high school shop experience (considered an asset, not required)
  • You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 3050 lb tires around as needed.
  • You're always safety conscious, wear the required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
