We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cisco WebEx ECE/Genesys Architect. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco Webex ECE, Genesys, and Live Person (legacy platforms).

In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should possess strong soft skills, be adaptable to after-hours support, and exhibit a passion for learning new technologies.


Responsibilities:

Platform Expertise:

  • Handson experience with Cisco Webex ECE, Genesys, and Live Person (legacy platforms).
  • Provide ongoing support for these platforms, ensuring smooth operation and quick issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Social Monitoring Solutions:

  • Stay informed about the latest social monitoring solutions available in the market, including but not limited to Sprout, Sprinklr, Cisco ECE, Brand Watch, etc.
  • Utilize social monitoring tools to gather insights and enhance the overall customer experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to act as a central point of contact, facilitating technical and integration discussions among team members.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and extend afterhours support as needed.
  • Act as a glue within the team, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

Continuous Learning:

  • Exhibit a passion for learning new technologies and platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to chat and messaging platforms.

Must Have Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Cisco Webex ECE, Genesys, and Live Person (legacy platforms).
  • Familiarity with social monitoring solutions like Sprout, Sprinklr, Cisco ECE, Brand Watch, etc.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive technical discussions and integrate diverse perspectives within a complex team environment.

Adaptability:

  • Flexibility to provide afterhours support when required.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
