Nous sommes à la recherche **d'un(e) technicien(ne) support informatique niveau 2**, pour joindre notre équipe, à notre succursale de **Laval**

**Sous l'autorité directeur du service informatique, le titulaire du poste sera responsable de**:

- Mettre en place des mesures correctives et préventives.
- Configurer postes de travails et accès utilisateurs.
- Initier, développer et façonner des processus et procédures pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'équipe.
- Effectuer des installations d'équipements informatiques ou de logiciels ainsi que des réparations mineures sur les équipements informatiques;
- Planifier, exécuter et documenter les projets d'amélioration de l'environnement;
- Apporter de l'assistance et du support dans les différents projets informatiques qui seront déployés ;
- Assister les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation de logiciels et d'équipements informatiques
- Traiter les demandes de support via un système de billetterie du service d'assistance et des outils de soutien à distance des utilisateurs, les analyser et proposer des solutions;
- Prendre en charge les demandes de soutien et en assurer le suivi jusqu'à résolution
- Maintenir à jour la documentation sur les différents problèmes rencontrés et sur les solutions appliquées;
- Créer et tenir à jour la documentation sur les problèmes fréquents et leurs solutions et partager les connaissances avec l'équipe TI
- Assurer un traitement professionnel et courtois de toutes les demandes d'assistance, en maintenant un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle et de communication tout au long du processus d'assistance.
- Fournir une assistance pour les outils M365, en veillant à ce que les appareils des utilisateurs finaux soient sécurisés et conformes aux politiques de l'entreprise.
- Veiller à ce que l'équipement du personnel de Comairco soit fourni en temps voulu et avec tous les éléments demandés.
- Identifier de manière proactive les possibilités d'amélioration des processus et d'optimisation de la prestation des services informatiques, et collaborer avec l'équipe informatique pour mettre en œuvre ces changements.
- Bonne connaissance de la réseautique (TCP/IP).
- Maintenir vos connaissances à jour et utiliser les dernières technologies.

**Exigences**:

- Min 5 ans expériences;
- Bilingue : Français et anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral car clientèle francophone et anglophone à supporter;
- Diplôme étude collégiale informatique ou plus;
- Connaissance avancée de le suite Office 365;
- Active Directory, EntraID;
- Connaissance ITIL et une mentalité axée sur la résolution de problèmes;
- Expérience avec des plateformes cloud (Azure) sera un plus;
- Possibilité de travail en dehors des heures normales 8 à 5;
- Déplacement possible dans les autres succursales;
- Microsoft Dynamic AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM; (un atout);
- Réseautique Équipement Fortinet; (un atout);
- Scripting (Powershell); (un atout).
