  • You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:_
- _Show, list, and advertise rental properties_
- _Conduct Tenant screening_
- _Generate and complete leases_
- _Create and manage property Ads_
- _Perform and manage property evaluations_
- _Oversee and complete move in and out_

  • You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:_
- _Be the expert in the rental industry_
- _Advise & consult savvy homeowners to build the foundation of a long-term relationship_
- _A track record of sales success & quota or over quota attainment_

  • We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success.
In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each week:
_

  • Respond to customer inquiries within four business hours
  • Lease six properties a month
- within three months: develop a tenant purchase program that produces one mortgage or realtor lead a month

  • If you want to come to work, learn, and hit those numbers, you'll be recognized and rewarded._

  • Realtor Licence
  • Experience in sales/marketing or a servicerelated industry
  • Computer proficiency
  • Vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to have a work schedule of Friday to Tuesday, 11am to 7 pm
