Votre mission

Vous serez responsable de la préparation des rapprochements de bilans, des écritures de clôture de mois, des prévisions de flux de trésorerie, de la mise en œuvre des contrôles internes et des demandes ad hoc liées aux projets comptables.

Vous participerez à la finalisation de la clôture de l'exercice, à l'établissement des rapports et au soutien de l'exercice et de l'audit.

Vos principaux défis
- Participer au processus de clôture mensuelle et annuelle, y compris la gestion des soldes inter-sociétés et l'analyse des écarts ;
- Superviser, mener et suivre les analyses des résultats mensuels et les rapprochements des comptes de bilan.
- Veiller à l'intégrité des systèmes financiers, s'assurer que les informations financières sont mises à jour en temps utile et de manière précise, et recommander des améliorations des contrôles internes.
- Superviser et effectuer la préparation des rapports requis par l'unité opérationnelle et l'équipe de consolidation de l'entreprise.
- Recommander des mesures d'amélioration et participer à leur mise en œuvre (ce qui implique de jouer un rôle clé dans le dépannage, l'amélioration et la conversion des systèmes informatiques) ;
- Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes pour mener à bien leur audit en fournissant les informations requises ;
- Contrôler et enregistrer les transactions financières conformément aux politiques de l'entreprise et fournir des conseils aux autres membres du personnel ;
- Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures comptables et des contrôles internes ;
- Fournir une assistance comptable aux sites appartenant à l'entreprise et aux laboratoires partenaires ;
- Travailler avec les auditeurs gouvernementaux si nécessaire ;
- Participer à l'amélioration des processus et aux projets spéciaux ;
- Fournir une assistance quotidienne au contrôleur de gestion de l'entreprise et soutenir activement tous les projets liés aux fonctions et objectifs comptables ;
Votre profil
- Posséder le titre de CPA (CA) ;
- Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
- Bonne connaissance des normes IFRS et des principes de contrôle interne
- Une connaissance solide et récente de SAP, Oracle, Hyperion et Cognos BI serait un atout ;
- Maîtrise de MS Office ;
- Organisé, capable de fixer des priorités, d'élaborer des calendriers de travail, de suivre les progrès accomplis dans la réalisation des objectifs et de suivre les détails, les données, les informations et les activités ;
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision afin d'évaluer les alternatives et de fournir des recommandations sur les questions commerciales ;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite et facilité à communiquer à tous les niveaux de l'organisation ;
- Bilingue - français et anglais
