Pride Bodies Ltd., a Wabtec Company in Cambridge, Ontario, offers custom design and truck-body manufacturing and upfitting of utility, service, construction, railway and other custom truck bodies.

Our environmentally-friendly truck bodies are researched, designed and customized to our customers' satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for rail gear, Pride Bodies parts and service for Canadian customers
  • Provide customer service by handling customer inquiries, complaints and issues
  • Process orders, purchasing goods and monitor customer needs
  • Verifies and keeps record of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares order for shipment including preparing labels, packaging and organizing shipments
  • Manages rail gear inventory lines, cycle counting and ordering of supplies from vendors
  • Constant awareness of lean and quality improvement processes
  • Work closely with the Service Department
Qualifications/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of global systems an asset
  • Sourcing, procurement and supply chain experience an asset
  • Customer service and quality assurance orientated
  • Understanding of service manuals and schematics
  • Physically able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent customer support and interaction
  • Capable of operating a forklift
