We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Customer Service department at Akash Homes Head Office in Edmonton, Alberta.
What your team does:
At Akash Homes, we're experiencing exciting growth. Our Customer Experience Team plays a crucial role in ensuring this growth is steady and sustainable. They prioritize relationships with our homeowners and external teams to ensure seamless collaboration, transparent communication, and mutual success.
This team also focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, enhancing customer satisfaction, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our homeowners.
What you'll
work on:
Customer Inquiry Management:
- Provide accurate information about homes, communities, and builder services.
Customer Support:
- Assist customers with nonwarranty related issues and general questions.
- Guide homeowners through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support.
I
ssue Resolution:
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Proactive Engagement:
- Conduct homeowner orientation sessions and provide educational resources.
- Engage with homeowners regularly to ensure their needs are met.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
- Report on customer satisfaction and feedback to the Customer Service Manager.
What you'll
bring:

Exceptional Customer S
ervice. **Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the homebuilding or real estate industry.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology tools.

Polished Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with homeowners.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
