Summary of Role:

Skills, Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls and respond promptly customer service inquiries
  • Enter and review orders, following up with the customer when necessary
  • Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Resolve any customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage warranty claims and shipments if parts are required
  • Work closely with Sales team to coordinate and support their needs
  • Identify opportunities to promote and provide advice on products and services
  • Communicate and uphold policies and procedures through verbal and written communication
  • Work with other departments like marketing and product development to provide customer feedback and insights

Qualifications:

  • Understanding and proficiency in Windows and MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
  • Understanding and proficiency of NetSuite software is considered an asset
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
  • Retail or wholesale distribution experience is considered an asset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and followup skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel if required (Events within Alberta)
  • Valid Driver's license an asset
  • Desire to provide the ultimate customer experience, being customer and solution focused
  • Outdoor Enthusiasm: A passion for outdoor activities and basic knowledge of outdoor gear, equipment, and products to better connect with customers.

Benefits:

$19.00-$21.00 per hour
