ob Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and consultation to clients on various immigration programs, policies, and regulations in Canada.
  • Assess the eligibility of clients for different immigration programs and provide advice on the best course of action to take.
  • Represent clients before immigration authorities, such as the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).
  • Keep uptodate with changes in immigration laws and regulations and ensure that knowledge is current.
  • Stay in contact with clients throughout the immigration process, providing updates and answering questions or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, immigration authorities, and other stakeholders in the immigration field.
  • Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to keep skills and knowledge current.
