Tasks
  • Manage and optimize the company's CRM system, ensuring smooth functionality and data accuracy.
  • Configure and customize the system to meet user needs and business goals.
  • Create and maintain user profiles, managing access permissions.
  • Generate insightful reports and analyze data to understand client behavior and trends.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to users on CRM functionalities.
  • Offer prompt and courteous technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the trading platform, account management, and other features.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide clear solutions.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team members.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Stay current on company products and services.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a CRM administrator or similar role (required)
  • Prior experience in the CFDs/FX/iGaming or a similar industry (essential)
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Proven proficiency with a leading CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles
  • Solid computer literacy and basic troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
