- Our client is an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. They are looking for a skilled Head of Pre-Con to join their team in St Pauls and help deliver projects up to circa £3m.
Project Planning:
The Head of Pre Con would lead a small team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
- They would work closely with architects & designers to ensure that design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
- Cost Estimating: The Pre-Construction Manager would prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
- Procurement: They would work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
- Risk Management: They would identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
