**VOTRE NOUVEAU DÉFI**

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un professionnel organisé et ayant de l'expérience dans l'industrie du cyclisme, pour diriger le centre de service de Mavic et le département de garanties. Le nouveau membre de l'équipe, qui travaillera dans notre centre de service de Montréal, doit avoir une grande expérience de la confection et de l'entretien des roues.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Gestion des boîtes courriels de la garantie et du centre de service Mavic.
- Communiquer avec les détaillants et les consommateurs.
- Évaluer les demandes des clients et répondre aux questions techniques sur les produits afin de déterminer le type de service fourni et de recommander un plan d'action. Par exemple, réparation, pièces de rechange nécessaires, services de garantie ou de retour.
- Inspecter, évaluer et réparer les roues et autres pièces selon les besoins.
- Fournir un retour d'information aux clients concernant les services de réparation fournis.
- Maintenir l'atelier et les outils propres ainsi que l'inventaire de l'atelier à jour.
- Fournir et suivre les numéros d'autorisation de retour pour les retours des clients.
- Tenir le compte des heures travaillées et des pièces utilisées. Facturer les bons de travail aux clients.
- Établir des rapports sur les réclamations au titre de la garantie
- Assister les équipes B2B et B2C sur les questions techniques liées aux produits et collaborer sur les solutions clients si nécessaire.
- Suivre les directives de service technique du centre de service Mavic.

**LES QUALITÉS DE NOTRE CANDIDAT IDÉAL**
- Bilingue.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la réparation de vélos ou le service technique.
- Expérience avec Microsoft Outlook, Excel et Teams.
- Capacité à monter des roues, à entretenir les _bearings_ et les freins.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Expérience de la gestion d'un centre de service ou d'un atelier.
- Capacité et volonté de voyager au niveau national et international.
- Organisé, ponctuel, attentif et motivé.
