Human Resources Administrator

Human Resource Administrator to join our team. This position requires a flexible team-player who enjoys multi-tasking and has excellent communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- To build a top performing team that is aligned with company core values and initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in full cycle onboarding and offboarding of approximately 70 new seasonal staff on an annual basis. Includes posting, screening, and interviewing.
- Assist in maintaining personnel files in paper and electronic form for up to 200 employees.
- Create new job descriptions as required and oversee job postings in various areas.
- Assist staff training modules and actively participate in training.
- Promote a positive and engaging work environment where creativity and innovation are valued and rewarded.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, company policies and WCB injury reporting, safety standards etc.
- Execute HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Assist in team building and company functions.
- Supervision of HR Assistant.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
. - Proven track record of at least 7 years of experience in progressively senior human resources roles.
- 5 years' experience working with large teams.
- Intuitive "handson" leadership style.
- Exceptional interpersonal, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills.
