Responsibilities:

  • Travel to different locations to perform painting services, including interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and finishing.
  • Select appropriate painting materials and colors based on client preferences and project requirements.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as necessary.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their painting needs and provide recommendations.
  • Provide estimates and quotes for painting projects.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while working on job sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
  • Keep painting tools and equipment wellmaintained and organized.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a painter.
  • Proficient knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van) to travel to job sites.
  • Own painting tools and equipment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
