Applicants should possess at least a year's experience in a similar position and be available weekends Ideal candidates - have and maintain a professional attitude - familiarity with all aspects of breakfast/lunch preparations including proper egg cookery, pancakes, sandwiches, proteins, sautée, etc - are able to work in a very busy atmosphere while staying organized, clean and producing food to our standards This would be a full time position with a 4 days on/3 days off schedule.
The occasional 5 day week would be necessary to cover time off requests, vacations, sick days and other unusual circumstances.
We offer a relaxed, positive, atmosphere with great tips and great staff. Comprehensive benefits package available to those who maintain at least 35 hours per week.
