Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Los Chaparritos Brunch Inc. This role involves overseeing various kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Special Dietary Needs: Create and cook special meals for individuals with dietary restrictions as per instructions.
  • Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Cleaning Duties: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Cuisine Focus

This position specializes in Mexican cuisine, bringing authentic flavors and techniques to our brunch offerings.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
