The CoE HR Digital, Analytics & Transformation at Beiersdorf AG is responsible for running, optimizing, transforming, and innovating Global HR. We are looking for an HR Digital / HR IT expert to join our team in leading the continuous development of the digital landscape. This is a great opportunity to contribute to our digital journey.

We are searching for a digital enthusiast with profound professional experience with HR relevant Software.

If so, we want you to join our team as our new Head of Global HR Digital Core (all genders).

Your Tasks
  • You will be responsible for creating and structuring a high-performing global organization that delivers on the goals of HR and IT.
  • You will manage and deliver an ongoing portfolio and implement cutting-edge cloud solutions, data analytics, and planning for regions around the world.
  • You will establish appropriate governance on ongoing programs and services, and detail budget planning, portfolio tracking, cost-saving ideas, and demand management.
  • You will attract top talent to embark on a digital journey, delivering exceptional services and projects.
  • You will manage and develop a high-performing team of approximately 5–6 people, coaching, developing, and guiding internal talents to achieve their full potential.
  • Partnering with service providers.
Your Profile
  • University degree, preferably in the business or information technology disciplines.
  • Long years of working experience in the HR Digital transformation field with end to end delivery of large-scale and complex programs.
  • Having played an active and significant part in large-scale HR cloud platform roll-out like SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Aconso or other cloud platforms.
  • Must have Experience in SAP SF with Employee Central, Other modules like Recruitment Learning etc. global Data Protection | Compliance, Data Architecture, Job Architecture, Master Data, Access Management etc.
  • Compliance knowledge on IT, data protection, Audit & Vendor service delivery.
  • Experience and or certified in a few Project Delivery frameworks, e.g. Agile & waterfall or hybrid.
  • Profound understanding of Data Analytics & dashboards, proven ability to convert data into meaningful insights.
  • Active listening and Stakeholder Management and relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
