Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the guidance of financial decisions
  • Assist in the preparation of special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including summarizing and forecasting company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Generate monthly GST Reasonability Reports
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Responsible for reports for clients, National office and the CFO
  • Supervise AP staff and backup when AP Administrators are absent
  • Backup for the CFO
  • Benefits Administrator
  • Implement AP EFT processes
  • Special Projects preparations as directed by the CFO

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or University; or an accounting designation or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.

Formal training/certifications/licences

  • ISO Training.

Computer Skills:


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAGE 300 Accounting software; Microsoft Access Database software; Internet software; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is frequently required to manipulate office machines
