_Taxprep, Cantax, iFirm Tax_, ainsi que nos produits de la
_Suite comptable CCH_. Vous agirez à titre de personne-ressource pour un produit et serez appelé à offrir de la formation à vos collègues.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Répondre aux courriels et les appels entrants, et effectuer le clavardage, en français et en anglais, analyser et résoudre les problèmes de calcul d'ordre fiscal pour les produits _Cantax, Taxprep_ et _iFirm Tax_ (T1, T2, T3 et formulaires) et pour les problèmes reliés au contenu des produits _AliForm_, _CCH Practice_, _CCH Profit Driver_, _CCH Engagement_, _FP Solutions_ et _iFirm_.
- Documenter tous les échanges avec les clients ainsi que les procédures de dépannage.
- Acheminer les situations complexes aux intervenants internes et en assurer le suivi.
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour un de nos produits.
- Faire part des besoins des clients et des demandes d'amélioration aux personnes appropriées.
- Effectuer des tests sur les versions en développement.
- Assurer la mise à jour continue et l'approfondissement de ses connaissances fiscales.

EXIGENCES:

- Baccalauréat en administration, option comptabilité ou l'équivalent, et deux ans d'expérience en préparation professionnelle de déclarations de revenus des particuliers et/ou des sociétés.
- Bilinguisme Françait-Anglais à l'oral et l'écrit.
- Excellentes habiletés en communication orale et écrite et en résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à lire et à interpréter les lois fiscales.
- Habiletés éprouvées en service à la clientèle.
- Polyvalence.
- Aisance avec les technologies en général et avec la suite MS Office.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et intérêt pour la formation continue.
- Ponctualité et respect des horaires.
- Disponibilité à faire des heures supplémentaires pendant la saison d'impôt des particuliers.

ATOUTS:

- Titre CPA ou maîtrise en fiscalité.
- Connaissance du logiciel _Taxprep_.
- Connaissances en planification financière.

SUMMARY

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Document all interactions with customers and troubleshooting procedures.
- Refer complex situations to internal stakeholders and ensure follow-up.
- Act as a resource person for one of our products.
- Communicate customer needs and improvement requests to the appropriate people.
- Perform tests on the versions in development.
- Ensure the continuous updating and deepening of his tax knowledge.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting option or equivalent, and two years of experience in professional preparation of personal and/or corporate income tax returns.
