Approvisionnement Élaborer, promouvoir, maintenir et gérer le programme de gestion des fournisseurs d'un secteur d'activité ou d'un groupe d'exploitation attitré aux fins de la gestion des partenariats avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services qui améliorent la productivité, la prestation de services et la qualité. Veiller à ce que toutes les composantes de programme soient exécutées avec efficacité, et veiller notamment à ce que les plans de gestion du changement et de communications soient en place pour toutes les améliorations ou modifications; Formuler des commentaires quant à la politique et aux procédures de gestion des fournisseurs.
Préparer les documents trimestriels d'interprétation de la gestion.
Élaborer et gérer des programmes de gestion des fournisseurs pour le secteur d'activité ou le groupe d'exploitation.
Offrir un soutien spécialisé afin d'enquêter sur les problèmes complexes transmis aux échelons supérieurs par les utilisateurs finaux ou assignés par l'équipe de gestion, et les résoudre.
Appuyer la gestion et la mise en œuvre de la documentation, des contrôles liés aux processus et des connaissances nécessaires au fonctionnement du programme.
Évaluer l'efficacité du programme ou des processus de gestion des fournisseurs en tenant compte des tendances du secteur et recommander des améliorations; Participer à la rédaction, à la négociation et au renouvellement des accords sur les niveaux de service, des ententes de services techniques et des ententes de partenariat. Évaluer le rendement par rapport aux accords sur les niveaux de service, aux ententes de services techniques et aux ententes de partenariat.
Gérer et administrer les contrats avec les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services en conformité avec le modèle d'externalisation de la Banque.
Offrir de la formation et de la formation intersecteurs aux autres membres de l'équipe, au besoin.
Encourager l'élaboration et la promotion d'un programme de gestion des fournisseurs pour le secteur d'activité ou le groupe d'exploitation.
Participer à la gestion des relations d'affaires entre les partenaires internes du secteur d'activité ou du groupe d'exploitation de BMO et les fournisseurs ou les fournisseurs de services.
Prendre part à la gestion du programme de fournisseurs, et notamment créer les composantes du programme, voir à la promotion du programme et à l'exécution de toutes ses composantes, et s'assurer que les produits et services sont livrés conformément à l'accord contractuel sur les niveaux de service, à l'entente de services techniques ou à l'entente de partenariat, dans le respect des normes.
Assurer la surveillance et le suivi de la performance des fournisseurs et résoudre les problèmes, s'il y en a.
Décomposer les problèmes stratégiques et analyser les données et les renseignements pour fournir des idées et des recommandations en matière de programme.
Concevoir et produire des rapports réguliers et ponctuels et des tableaux de bord.
Offrir des conseils spécialisés, de l'aide en matière d'analyse et du soutien technique.
Généralement de cinq à sept années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente avec diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe, ou combinaison équivalente de scolarité et d'expérience.
Connaissances et expérience en matière de gestion des programmes de fournisseurs - connaissances et expérience approfondies.
Connaissances et maîtrise technique acquises par une importante scolarité ou expérience de travail - connaissances approfondies.
Compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes - compétences approfondies.
Compétences pour la prise de décisions fondées sur les données - compétences approfondies.
