This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive impactful projects, and contribute to the success of our global rewards strategy.
Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed, and connected throughout the project lifecycle.Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to the core team.
Assist the core team in creating compelling presentations to effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
Project Management:
Solid knowledge of project management, with a structured and systematic approach to project execution.
Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is essential for data analysis and presentation creation.
A solid understanding of compensation and benefits practices; Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is essential.
