***Reporting to the Planning Manager, the main responsibility of the incumbent will be to coordinate the production planning team in order to optimize our operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the training of new employees and the harmonization of methods within the group;
  • Ensure the updating and maintenance of work instructions;
  • Oversee the optimization of planning for all plants in collaboration with the planners.
  • Responsible for replacing colleagues on vacation, with the help of the manager (if necessary);
  • Responsible for followup meetings with Purchasing (e.g. Filières F);
  • Responsible for supervising "hard change" in support of planners;
  • Support the Director in the preparation and facilitation of planning and sales meetings;
  • Assist the Manager at new project meetings;
  • Replace Director at weekly S&OE meetings as needed;
  • Responsible for monitoring team KPIs and implementing required actions.
- **When assuming the higher functions, the coordinator cannot be expected to cover the full planning load, so he/she must be in charge of smaller and/or fewer plants._

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a good knowledge of the company and its methods;
  • Must be a good teacher with good interpersonal skills;
  • Must know how to collaborate, get involved and distribute functions;
  • Must be able to demonstrate authority in certain situations;
  • Must be a unifier and integrator.
