In this key role, you will assist our Distribution Center (DC) to:
- Make claims for suppliers for our warehouses;
- Follow up and research unsettled debit memos for the DCs and customers.
- Perform costing of credit for both DCs;
- Verify customer account statements and distribute them to the appropriate people;
- Prepare sales reports, when required;
- Perform any other task required by your immediate superior.
To join our team, you need:
- Vocational diploma in office administration or accounting;
- 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role supporting Distribution Centers.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Inventory management experience is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
