WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate metal components according to project requirements.
  • Set up and operate various metalworking machinery and tools, such as shears, saws, drills and grinders.
  • Perform precise cutting, shaping, and bending of metal materials to meet specifications.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards throughout the fabrication process.
  • Conduct inspections of fabricated parts to identify defects or discrepancies and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and successful project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Extensive knowledge of various metal types, properties, and fabrication techniques.
  • Skilled in operating metalworking machinery, such as shears, saws, drills and grinders.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and tools to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain highquality standards.
  • Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy metal materials and operate machinery.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow all safety protocols.
