The Nitty-Gritty of what you'll be doing

  • Overseeing New and Pre-Owned Sales and Financial Services
  • Driving the performance of the dealership by attracting and retaining great talent and creating exceptional buying and ownership experiences for your customers, neighbours and friends.
  • Overseeing and engaging in all aspects of the sales and service process.
  • Optimize opportunities for your people's growth and performance by utilizing training and development to engage, retain and empower an Agame attitude and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives for the Genesis dealership operations while providing prompt, dependable, highquality service sogoodpeoplewillsingsongsaboutit service to both your internal and external customers.
  • Oversee day to day Genesis service operations and customer satisfaction and relations.
  • Management of Genesis service team including oversight of Valet schedule.
  • Ensure day to day compliance with manufacturers expectations and meet manufacturers targets
