Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Genesis Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Start the guest's journey online through to physical delivery, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures, with a focus on increasing sales volume.
  • Ensure all customers and potential sales customers are handled in a positive manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our current vehicle inventory and deliver strong product knowledge to customers.
  • Perform high-quality and professional vehicle demonstrations for customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our luxury vehicles.
  • Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction is met, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience is required, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of today's technologies available in the automotive industry, including CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve results, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
