Your Role and Responsibilities

_Responsibilities:

Production

  • Attend daily meetings as required
  • Ensure daily shipment requirements are met on time
  • Assist in the development or revision of work practises
  • 5S and assist in Kaizen activities
  • Utilize Lean Principals to continually improve processes
  • Complete Performance Evaluations accurately and on time

Quality

  • Perform LPA's
  • Ensure nonconformances are contained & dispositioned at end of shift
  • Effectively complete 5Y's, CAR's Enforce
  • Ensure nonconformances on control cards are signed off & nonconformance reports are completed
  • Follow Marwood quality system

Safety

  • Ensure all Health & Safety policies & procedures are followed
  • Assist in WSIB areas, administer First Aid and complete reports as required
  • Complete discipline and Health & Safety inspections
  • All other relevant duties
