Our Calgary based management team is looking for a Project Manager – CDN Well Operations to support its growing client base that is operating in Western Canada. This role requires expertise in wellsite geology and onshore drilling environments.
Your Role:
Maintain & strengthen existing client relationships and assist in marketing strategies for new clients Assist with logistics and provide technical support for Field Associates and communicate standard for high quality of service & monitor adherence Maintaining that all Field Associates are compliant with RPS and client safety requirements and programs including Journey Management High competence and aptitude in Remote Geosteering operations with high proficiency in ROGII's StarSteer software with working knowledge of pre-drill data downloads, real-time drilling interpretations in various conventional & unconventional plays, and post-drill summary presentations to clients QA/QC final client reports and invoices for Canadian based operationsQualifications:
3-5+ years working for an E&P company in an office-based play development and/or operations role, and 10+ years of domestic wellsite experience Team player and proactive attitude with ability to shift priorities quickly when needed MinimumofaBachelor'sdegreeinGeology or applicable discipline of Engineering from a recognized institution Current registration as a P. Will be expected to work in the Calgary office from Monday to Friday, and on-call during evenings and weekends as necessary. A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship (a copy of a valid work permit may be required).
To meet the physical demands required of some positions, candidates must be in good physical condition and willing to work in all weather conditions. Clearance on pre-placement medical and drug and alcohol testing may be required but will be explained during the recruitment process if they are necessary.
