If you have a background in Automotive Management or significant experience in Automotive Sales, then we are interested in learning more about you Currently, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in the Sarnia area.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and will be responsible for ensuring that our team members adhere to all company policies and guidelines.


Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Step in to fulfill Sales Manager duties as needed
  • Procure vehicles for the lot
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals
  • Support in achieving sales targets
  • Regularly evaluate the quality of responses from the sales staff
  • Analyze performance metrics and make necessary adjustments
  • Identify sales growth opportunities and develop strategies
  • Assist in setting ambitious sales targets

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • College or University Degree considered an asset
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, customer service, and some supervisory experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Office, Outlook, Google Docs, and scheduling systems
