A quoi ressembleront vos activités?

Stratégies de Pointe: Développez et mettez en œuvre des stratégies opérationnelles et de vente innovante pour maximiser l'efficacité et la rentabilité.

Gestion Éclairée: Élaborez et gérez le budget annuel du département, tout en surveillant les résultats et en ajustant les prévisions pour répondre aux objectifs fixés.

Leadership Inspirant: Encadrez, motivez et supervisez une équipe multidisciplinaire pour favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et stimulant.

Mentorat Proactif: Agissez en tant que mentor et coach pour développer les compétences de votre équipe et maintenir un niveau d'excellence constant.

Analyse Stratégique: Surveillez la performance opérationnelle à l'aide d'indicateurs clés, identifiez les opportunités d'amélioration et mettez en place des solutions efficaces.

Communication Transparente: Favorisez une communication ouverte et transparente avec les autres départements et les parties prenantes externes pour assurer le succès des projets.

Excellence Opérationnelle: Veillez à l'application des meilleures pratiques en matière d'opérations et de gestion de projet, en supervisant la documentation et la mise en œuvre des procédures normalisées.

Votre profil?

  • Experience avérée dans un rôle de leadership opérationnel, de préférence dans un environnement dynamique et en croissance.
  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en leadership, en gestion d'équipe et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et à collaborer efficacement avec d'autres départements.
  • Fortes compétences analytiques et aptitude à prendre des décisions stratégiques.
  • Avoir travaillé dans un environnement multi sites
  • Une experience dans l'immobilier sera un atout indéniable

What does the job entail?

Peak Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales and operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Enlightened Management: Develop and manage the department's annual budget, while monitoring results and adjusting forecasts to meet objectives.

Inspiring Leadership: Coach, motivate, and supervise a multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative and stimulating work environment.

Proactive Mentoring: Act as a mentor and coach to develop your team's skills and maintain a constant level of excellence.

Strategic Analysis: Monitor operational performance using key indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

Transparent Communication: Foster open and transparent communication with other departments and stakeholders.

Operational Excellence: Ensure the application of best practices in operations and project management, overseeing the documentation and implementation of standard procedures.

Who are they looking for? You have:

  • Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in a dynamic and growing environment.
  • University degree in business management or related field.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment
  • Experience in real estate would be an asset.
