Who are we looking for

  • Able to work weekdays and weekends (a must), we offer flexible schedule
  • A team player working together to create great first and last impressions
  • Greet passengers upon flight arrival/departure and direct to appropriate transportation buses, taxis, car rentals etc.
  • Offer lost luggage assistance in conjunction with airlines
  • Meet and greet guests, assist with airport process, luggage tags, documents, etc.
  • Able to resolve guest concerns or escalate to appropriate area
  • Good customer service skills a must
  • A wellgroomed, friendly, and professional etiquette in accordance with brand standards
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Good customer service skills
  • Able to communicate, read, write and understand the English language

- _Knowledgeable and enjoys working with electronic devices._
- _Must be able to flexible shifts

  • Friday/Saturday/Sunday and holidays._
- _Able to stand or walk for long periods of time._
- _Fluent in English._
