- Diriger et maintenir la définition des composants informatiques dans la feuille de route en fonction des plans Strat/Ops, de la veille technologique, de l'architecture cible, de la standardisation des environnements, des nouvelles tendances et opportunités technologiques.
- Planifier, réaliser et gérer des études d'architecture afin de proposer avec des recommandations technologiques.
- Gérer les interdépendances technologiques des projets dans la feuille de route et identifier les interdépendances/conflits entre les flux de processus.
- Définir, maintenir, promouvoir et communiquer l'architecture d'informations actuelle et cible de la plate-forme, axée sur le partage cohérent des informations au sein de l'organisation.
- Définir des architectures de solutions informatiques qui sont :
- Complètes, évolutives, robustes, cohérentes, au bon TCO (coût total de possession) et qui minimise le coût du changement.
- Établies avec une méthodologie d'architecture informatique et un outil de modélisation reconnus sur le marché.
- Conformes aux exigences de l'entreprise.
- Contester et approuver tout écart par rapport à l'architecture cible.
- Soulever les opportunités que les technologies peuvent offrir pour améliorer l'expérience client, la valeur ou l'efficacité des opérations.
- Diriger les évaluations et les sélections de nouvelles solutions logicielles.
- Informer les BPM, les conseillers informatiques, les IT SAS (spécialistes en architecture de solution) de l'architecture cible et des lignes directrices d'architecture.
- Consulter les équipes d'infrastructure, de projet et de produit pour assurer la cohérence avec l'architecture de la plateforme et quand elle doit être modifiée.
- Anticiper et planifier l'obsolescence applicative et informatique.
Architecture Full-stack
- Soutenir, expliquer, promouvoir et communiquer les modèles d'architecture technique, les plans d'évolution des normes techniques et la stratégie.
- Concevoir l'architecture à travers toutes les couches techniques, en tenant compte de l'écosystème dans lequel ses produits fonctionneront (perspective bout en bout avec la participation d'autres architectes full stack), du cycle de vie du produit (Idéation à la décommissions) et des problèmes d'opérabilité pour garantir les produits seront opérationnels. La stratégie technique et la feuille de route du DOTI constitueront les principes directeurs.
- Gérer l'architecture de ses produits pour fournir les outils requis soutenant les ambitions et les besoins de l'entreprise en collaboration avec les architectes de produits, les spécialistes de l'architecture de solutions informatiques et les architectes de plate-forme.
- Veiller à ce que l'obsolescence de tous les composants techniques sous-jacents fasse partie du processus et que des dérogations soient accordées le cas échéant.
- Proposer de nouvelles études pour couvrir des besoins pour lesquels les solutions standards ne sont pas pertinentes.
- Animer et assurer la compréhension du processus de prise de décision pour ses produits : de l'identification des décisions à prendre, à la résolution, et jusqu'à la communication.
- Fournir le document d'architecture nécessaire pour aider à communiquer comment le produit a été conçu et partager les connaissances avec les équipes produit.
- Organiser toutes les cérémonies d'architecture recommandées par la démarche Architecture Continue (telles que l'architecture hebdomadaire, le cadrage 360, les ateliers de conception d'architecture, ...).
Relations entre équipes et personnes
- Établir des relations productives avec les équipes BPMO (Business Process Management Organization), les conseillers informatiques, IT SAS (spécialistes en architecture de solutions informatiques), l'architecture d'entreprise et les équipes de livraison pour assurer la cohérence et la gouvernance des solutions informatiques afin de créer de la valeur.
- Assurer une bonne communication au sein de l'ensemble du réseau d'architectes.
- Promouvoir la standardisation et la réutilisation des solutions informatiques existantes.
- Engager la communauté des architectes pour résoudre des problèmes complexes grâce à la co-conception et aux sessions kata.
- Engager la communauté avec des évaluations par les pairs pour obtenir des commentaires et bénéficier de l'expérience/des compétences de la communauté.
- Contribuer à l'approvisionnement des progiciels.
Amélioration des procédés
- Définir, examiner, approuver et mettre en œuvre des directives d'architecture basées sur la valeur ajoutée liée à la solution, à l'application, aux données, à l'infrastructure et à la sécurité.
- Superviser la documentation de tous les travaux de conception et d'analyse de l'architecture.
- Identifier, prioriser et déployer des projets d'amélioration des processus de conception pour améliorer nos processus.
