Welcome to the Qualicum Beach Cafe, a true west coast hospitality experience with an ocean view We are a growing company and excited to be in one of the most spectacular restaurant locations on Vancouver Island.

The Role:

We are looking for experienced culinary team members with strong work ethic and a great attitude to join our exciting team here at the Qualicum Beach Café If you have previous kitchen experience or are willing to learn and detail orientated, able to multi-task, we would love to have you on our team.

What You'll do:

• Cooking and preparing dishes of the highest quality for our guests to enjoy
• Maintaining a clean, neat and presentable work station and appearance
• Demonstrate proper use and knowledge of all food preparation and cooking equipment and procedures at all times for all stations
• Work quickly and efficiently to deliver consistent and delicious dishes
• Support all team members in every role both front of house and back of house
• Communicate between shifts and with culinary leaders and peers
• Other duties as assigned
• Possesses a warm and welcoming personality, is friendly and outgoing, demonstrating a positive attitude and energy at all times
• 1+ year of highvolume kitchen experience an asset
• Strong organization skills, able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Set an example for a respectful, collaborative team while demonstrating appropriate working behaviors

$18.00-$24.00 per hour
