**ABOUT THE POSITION**
**Improving Performance Visibility**
- Monitor OKR & KPI and proactively provide insights on opportunities, gaps or shortfalls.
- Identify and communicate actions required to meet revenue objective.
- Collaborate with sales team and leadership to implement annual sales plans.
- Actively participate in the development of a long-term financial plan (3-5 years strategy) and support key business initiatives.
- Drive process and tool improvement to increase quality, reliability and reduce report preparation time.
- Support implementation of new business process changes and reporting.
- Assist with management, administration, and calculation of the sales commission plans.

**Providing Revenue Analytics**
- In collaboration with sales team, lead the rolling 12-18 months' revenue forecast process by product.
- Identify opportunities to increase net revenues from price and mix.
- Provide recommendations on pipeline revenue optimization through analysis of territory allocation and account assignment plan.
- Build and communicate action plan to unlock revenue growth opportunities.
- Run ad hoc analysis on sales productivity and participate in crafting future programs from reports.

**Striving Revenue Intelligence**
- Collect and analyze key sales data to glean crucial insights such as performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Identify key drivers affecting channel revenues (hardware, services and network) and share insights with multi-disciplinary team to inform and shape future strategy.
- Work with Revenue Management Director to improve sales cycle metrics and optimize opportunity pipeline.
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

**ABOUT YOU**
- BSc/BA in business administration, finance, analysis field or other relevant field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in reporting or similar role working with financial or other models.
- Proficiency with data, and tools to help interpret data (Snowflake, Excel, Google Sheets, BI, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated understanding with performance measurements, metrics, business and financial analysis.
- You are a team player with high level of dedication.
- You are solution-oriented mindset and can-do attitude.
- You are an effective communicator, capable of connecting and relating well to individuals at all levels of an organization.
- You have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- You are a self-starter, you are highly motivated and have a strong focus on achieving a set goal with limited supervision.
- Experience with Power BI and building dashboards is a plus.

- En collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes, diriger le processus de prévision des revenus sur 12-18 mois par produit.
- Identifier les opportunités d'augmenter les revenus nets à partir du prix et du mix.
- Fournir des recommandations sur l'optimisation des revenus du pipeline, par l'analyse de la répartition des territoires et du plan d'affectation des comptes.
- Construire et communiquer un plan d'action pour débloquer les opportunités de croissance des revenus.
- Effectuer des analyses ad hoc sur la productivité des ventes et participer à l'élaboration de programmes futurs à partir des rapports.

**Recherche de renseignements sur les revenus**
- Collecter et analyser les données clés des ventes afin de colliger des informations cruciales telles que les performances, les tendances et les opportunités.
- Identifier les facteurs clés affectant les revenus des canaux (matériel, services et réseau) et partager les informations avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire pour informer et façonner la stratégie future.
- Travailler avec le directeur de la gestion des revenus pour améliorer les mesures du cycle de ventes et optimiser le pipeline d'opportunités.
- Assumer d'autres tâches et responsabilités définies par les gestionnaires.
