Whitby Oshawa Honda is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service department.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers as they arrive for their service
  • Checking in customer vehicles and making note of their condition
  • Working with technicians to diagnose vehicle concerns
  • Advise customers on maintenance and repair services for their vehicles
  • Coordinate customer pick-up and drop-off
  • Processing customer payments
  • Answering customer phone calls and booking appointments
  • Complete Honda training as required
