Aftermarket Administration Assistant

Purpose:
Battle River Implements is a progressive John Deere Agriculture dealer group with four locations in East Central Alberta. We are currently looking to fill the position of Aftermarket Administration Assistant in our Killam location

for an 18-month maternity leave to perform a full range of administrative duties for multiple dealership departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and invoicing of Intergrated Solutions Group PO's and work orders
  • Updating and maintaining records in John Deere Operations Center
  • General record keeping for Intergrated Solutions Group
  • General administration duties for Parts Department
  • Work with the John Deere Statement
  • Monthly Service Department reporting and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and build job codes for Service Department
  • Manage training enrollment and calendar for dealership
  • Help support customer and staff events
  • Coverage support for reception desk
  • Any other duties assigned by management

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Solid clerical expertise
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • General accounting knowledge an asset
  • Post secondary diploma an asset but not mandatory.
