We are hiring a
Financial Analyst who is eager to learn and start their career by joining CTG's finance and accounting team.


Reporting to the Director of Finance, the
Financial Analyst is a motivated, CPA-pursuing, key member of our finance and accounting team that can provide financial and analytical support, enjoys process improvement, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time permanent position in a hybrid environment of home and in-office based in our Mississauga location.

What you'll be doing:

  • As an integral member of the finance team, you will assist with the analysis and forecasting of the company's cash flow requirements including updating templates and helping to facilitate the movement of funds.
  • Assist with tax compliance and reconciliations, including filing monthly sales tax, and managing monthly corporate tax payments.
  • Track capital costs for upcoming projects and manage journal entries as necessary.
  • Prepare and when assigned, assist with monthly account reconciliations, while identifying and solving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with improvement of financial processes and policies.
  • Key contributor in assisting with preparation for the yearend audit.
  • Provide support with adhoc analysis, reports and projects as assigned.

Skills needed for success:

  • You are a new or recent graduate and are pursuing an accounting designation (CPA).
  • Highly motivated and energized to learn.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and other financial reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines or deliverables.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of demonstrating strong integrity, teamwork, and character.
