  • Providing a worldclass, friendly, engaging impression to every guest.
  • Support your shift partners/ coworkers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness at carrying out duties and the best service possible.
  • Consistently check in on guests and seek opportunities to offer hospitality to our guests and team members.
  • Take and fulfill food and beverage orders.
  • Answering the phone to handle reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Tee Time management.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized facility to a high standard.
  • Ensure prompt, friendly greeting of each guest upon entry.
  • Introduce our guests to our equipment, facility, menus, and events/ leagues.
  • Set up simulators according to golfers' needs.
  • Troubleshoot simulators and ensure players can make the most of their time.
  • Be professional, organized, and able to adapt quickly to work pace as needed.
  • Opening and closing duties.
  • Make the most of any downtime by preparing for incoming bookings, ensuring checkout times stay on pace, and stocking fridges and supplies when time allows.
  • Other duties as assigned.
